HOW TO MAKE ONE WEIGHT WATCHER POINT MOZZARELLA STICKS:

Ingredients Needed:

  • 12 Light Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks
  • ¾ Packet Extra Crispy Shake n Bake Coating
  • 1.5 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Start by cutting each of your mozzarella sticks in half and freeze them until solid, at least 2 hours.
  2. Once they have frozen, remove from the freezer and begin breading process.
  3. Combine Shake n Bake and Italian Seasoning in a bowl and set aside
  4. Crack your egg into a separate bowl and whisk until combined
  5. Dip each cheese stick into your egg mixture, followed by your Shake n Bake mixture and set aside as you go.
  6. Cook in your air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-8 mins
