Ranch Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
- 6 skim mozzarella sticks
- 1 c. panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp.
- Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix
- 2 large eggs, well-beaten
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp. warm marinara
- 1/4 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Freeze mozzarella sticks until frozen solid, at least 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°. On a small rimmed baking sheet, toss the panko with the oil, breaking up some of the panko with your hands to a finer texture. Bake, stirring halfway through, until light golden, about 12 minutes. Turn off oven and let panko cool.
- When ready to bread, preheat the oven to 400°. Set up a breading station: In a shallow bowl whisk together cooled panko and ranch seasoning, in another bowl add eggs, and in another bowl add flour.
- Coat frozen mozzarella sticks in flour, then dip in egg, then panko, repeat egg, and repeat panko. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, watching carefully so the cheese doesn’t ooze. Serve with warm marinara sauce and ranch dressing for dipping.
