Ranch Mozzarella Sticks



  1. 6 skim mozzarella sticks
  2. 1 c. panko bread crumbs
  3. 1 tbsp. olive oil
  4. 1 tbsp.
  5. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix
  6. 2 large eggs, well-beaten
  7. 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  8. 1/2 tbsp. warm marinara
  9. 1/4 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing


  1. Freeze mozzarella sticks until frozen solid, at least 2 hours.
  2. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°. On a small rimmed baking sheet, toss the panko with the oil, breaking up some of the panko with your hands to a finer texture. Bake, stirring halfway through, until light golden, about 12 minutes. Turn off oven and let panko cool.
  3. When ready to bread, preheat the oven to 400°. Set up a breading station: In a shallow bowl whisk together cooled panko and ranch seasoning, in another bowl add eggs, and in another bowl add flour.
  4. Coat frozen mozzarella sticks in flour, then dip in egg, then panko, repeat egg, and repeat panko. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, watching carefully so the cheese doesn’t ooze. Serve with warm marinara sauce and ranch dressing for dipping.
